Stuffed Paper Orange

Materials -

  1. Orange A4 size Cartridge paper
  2. Newspaper
  3. Green pieces of paper ( Chart / Cartridge / Origami paper )
  4. Glue 
  5. Transparent sticking tape


Procedure -


Take an A4 size orange Cartridge paper and roll it into a cone.



Put some transparent sticking tape on the sides of the cone to keep it in place. The paper will look like this after sticking.



Take some sheets of newspaper. Crumple them into a ball.



Use the ball of newspaper to stuff the orange cone.



Stuff the newspaper leaving a bit of space on top.



Fold the newspaper to cover the stuffing.



Use a single piece of tape to secure the rolled part.



The top will some what look like this.



Take small pieces of green paper. They need not be of equal shape of size. Tear the paper from one side in strips leaving one corner intact. 

 


This is how your pieces will look.



Make sure you have used enough paper to cover the top of your orange cone.



Put a bit of glue on top of the orange cone right in the middle . Stick only the corner of the green paper that has not been torn.

 


Press the middle and wait for it to dry.



Your life size paper carrot is ready 



Let your students get creative !


Just hope they don't get too hungry while making it ;)
